Our Appraisal Process

1. Schedule appraisals within 24 hours of receiving the order

2. Inspection of the home - We look at the structure, condition & features of the home

3. Comparable's - We search neighborhoods and areas for homes similar to the subject in size, design, features, etc.

4. The appraiser makes dollar adjustments to reflect differences in “comparable” properties. Upgrades like fireplaces and recent home improvements add value to a property

5. Finally, we are ready to prepare our report and send it to our client.
